IMO it takes a brave man to short this below the high 12s - balance of probabilities says take the profit and not get greedy. The bulk of the short thesis has now played out.

I got leary about 5 weeks ago and sold at $20.70 I own and have owned lots of reits and when they have big almost daily big SP changes etc I always get leary

14 is the bottom. The selling pressure is finished. the volume has been very low this week. the sellers are done selling. I don't think they will have debt issues.
