IMO it  takes a brave man to short this below the high 12s - balance of probabilities says take the profit and not get greedy. The bulk of the short thesis has now played out.

the worst performing office reit .  who  should be held accountable for this disaster  ?   i am sure they will give themselves a bonus for 2025 anyway

I got leary about 5 weeks ago and sold at $20.70 I own and have owned lots of reits and when they have big almost daily  big  SP changes etc  I always get leary
