Nope.They will use all proceed for debt reduce and some construction loan to avoid using floating line of credit.In this environment the best using cash is not bying back or some SIB of shares.Look what happened with Artis and Dream office ., just pay down debt.In future market will appreciate

Use of Proceeds Allied used $755 million of the proceeds from the sale of the Portfolio to repay all amounts drawn on its unsecured credit facility (the “Facility”).
