yes, lots of potential and appears to be a well run

company but:
* $3.6M they raised will be used almost in full to pay off the previous loan
* the interest on the new loan will be at least $1/4 million a year ... and APLI has precious little money on hand and no ability to raise new funds unless they do huge share consolidation (1:10, likely much higher) or issue huge amount of new shares ... either way bad for the current shareholders
* so while APLI may be sucessful at some point in time, I see no compelling reason to invest at the moment ... maybe in 2 years?
