Protons, I hope you don't mind me saying it this way but if you have money still to put into Aquila then don't play games. Aquila was issued a MINE PERMIT. I put it in caps because there could be no stronger signal that a mine is going to be built. Yes, there are two more permits to come and yes there may be a fight from the local tribe but that goes with the territory. Big players are eager to step up, look at the over subscription that just took place! I wish I had your problem with more money to put into this.
