RE:Not "Shovel Ready"I should add, in fairness to your comment about potential buyers knowing the things you've pointed out, you're right, I'm sure they do know. However, it doesn't mean that a sale will not take place as a result of those issues, not all sales of this nature happen until every issue has be dealt with. BUT it's also fair to say that to some they want all legals dealt with before they attempt a purchase.
