RE:what I have heardCarbons, come on...Life Support ? They have had some legal hurdles to overcome and that is not on the management. If you think that they are running out of financial options well then that is one thing but don't bring in their repuation. Whose reputation anyways ? the company, the management ? you have to deal with the legal problems as they arise. The Tribe did everything in their power to slow things down and they were successful until now. 

I'd love you to be proven wrong too.
