reporting that Atlantica in discussions with Energy Capital Partners and a $25 deal to be announced within weeks.

I have no   idea how the "rumours" could be this specific, but I'll take the $ and move on.

If correct, I believe each AQN owns .07 AY so US$1.75 per AQN share.

My back of the enveloppe calculation for a $25 deal gets a similar number, around CAD$2.50 per share.
