Debt reduction is just a drop in the bucket...

Yep.  $1 billion cash compared to $8 billion debt.  It's not going to achieve much, that I can see. I'm out.

The market will move on this when it actually happens. Should be good for about a buck to the upside. BBB

Most of that debt is Utility Financing. The cost of that debt is passed through to the end user. The $1B will be a big assist in retiring non utility debt.
