Had 2 lots of shares at 2 different brokers

Coincidentally both lots were of the same size . I was a bit surprised when I noticed the dividends differed at these two brokerages by 5.42 referring to the January 13th dividend .The amount was small so I didn,t look into the reason ie differ exchange rate or one rounded .2038 to .204 ?
