Canada Day
The Canadian markets are closed for Canada Day, but the U.S. markets are open. After almost half an hour of trading the DJII is up 50 points and the DJ Utilities Index is up 1%. On the NYSE, ALQ is up .$0.06 (0.50%) on a volume of 8000 shares..

At mid-day, the S&P 500 is up 23 points (0.75%) and the DJ Utrilities Index is up 1.0%. On the NYSE, ANQ is up 17 cents (1.3%) on a volume of 34,000 shares.
