2015 potential class action

My previous post got me thinking about the call I got so I looked it up and here's one of the articles on the potential class action. Nothing ever became of it.

I was also just thinking that it is incredibly interesting that the law firm somehow got my name and phone#. You'd almost think something like that was some sort of scam.

Ok Sarge thx for the info. I am a little confused about YOUR take. Do you feel that their was a certain number of "questionable" actions taken by the company ?  OR are you seeing that we should ignore that situation altogether because it was possibly a scam? If you think that their is nothing to worry about here and that it was a scam dating back to 2015 (???), why announce this

Hey Mas Here's my rational behind posting about the 2015 incident at this point. I am pretty convinced that their was some questionable/illegal insider selling before this last bought deal. I didn't like it at all and it raised some concerns for me. It made my think back to the 2015 incident and was sort of combining the two. At the time, I just blew it off as some scumbag law firm
