Hey TB I always find the exchange rate on divys to be very interesting. I just chekced my RBC DI account and we got $0.19505 so a tiny bit more. Have a good weekend   Sarge

So I calculated your cash payouts with exchange: Actual Cdn/US exchange friday 1.273 .19364/.1551=1.2484 rate -.025 .19505/.1551=1.257 rate -.016 Not sure how many shares involved in your accounts but for larger share amounts,my advice,DRIP on the US side of your account.Benefit,you get the actual .1551 US value with no Bank conversion rate discount.You also get a 5% discount on your AQN share

Just for info using a USD account.Compare DRIP price vs.shares held in CDN account. My Drip price was $16.1373 USD. Using your rate of exchange of 1.24850.Cdn cost is $20.147/share.   Curious to see what the price was on CDN accounts using Drip. I think you will see where this is where the advantage sits because there are no conversions being used.If I am wrong,great for holders of AQN in

For some reason it takes a few days for my AQN  DRIP shares to show up in my RBC Direct CND$ account. But this is that I got: DRIP price $16.1373 USD$, converted into $20.29 per share CDN$. By my reckoning, the exchange rate was 1.25801, which clearly has little bit in there added by RBC.
