Last month , 7 analysts recommended AQN Buy and 2 Strong Buy with minimum price target of C$16.91 and max of C$23.67

Undoubtedly , the company has serious cash flow issues in view of increased debt servicing cost but it also has good quality assets . Can it bounce back in few months or do you see debt a long term drag on its financial performance ?

Thats great but I can tell you from the other side purchasing many properties both as a landlord and personally most will lie or massage the truth to close a deal. Times have changed.
