I agree with you 100%.  It's obvious it's been manipulated lower ($3 per share) by activists and/or shorters.  No way does an activist pick up a huge block and then push the BOD and management around with their program for stock salvation without a plan in place.  The drop in price is manufactured to shake out weak hands for their benefit.  They simply don't buy ...more
