RE:RE:RE:RE:Heliostar trading halt---re: deal with ARI think they only get $10 million upfront cash. The rest of the $100 million plus is all pie in the sky if Heliostar can get it permitted, etc, etc,. These are some solid properties. My feeling was AR was seeing themselves putting all their energy into expanding Magino over the next couple of years and figured this could be a nice payday if Heliostar can pull it off, plus the NSR. However, I think it wouldn't hurt to keep these two properties on the books. I know the permitting is tough in Mexico right now, but if you get past that, they are worth having in my opinion. And with Magino cashflow coming onstream and already currently producing in Mexico we would have a good chance of pulling it off. Nothing like having a big organic pipeline. In conclusion, lol, if Heliostar can pull it all off great, would be a nice chunk of change and a deal is a deal, if not and they back out, great, let's do it ourselves. Just my opinion.
