imagine how bad 4th qrtr might be to do this right beforethey should already have good idea what going on for 4th when gave away 25% of company near all time low. if qrtr going good why not wait until show good results and squeeze shorts and then can raise at higher price later with much less dillution. why big rush to give away so much company today for so low price. what wrong here. what i missing. make no sense to me. imo
