Argonaut Gold Inc. is a gold producer with a portfolio of operations in North America. The Company’s operating mines include Florida Canyon, Magino, La Colorada and San Agustin. The Florida Canyon Gold Mine area is situated in northwestern Nevada within the Basin and Range physiographic province. The Magino mine property is a past producing underground gold mine located 40 kilometers (km) northeast of Wawa, Ontario, approximately 14 kilometers southeast of the town of Dubreuilville. The property consists of seven patented mining claims, four leased mining claims and 69 unpatented mining claims totaling 2,204.495 hectares. The past producing La Colorada gold-silver mine property is located approximately 40 km southeast of Hermosillo, Sonora State, Mexico. The San Agustin property consists of four mineral claims totaling 1,065 ha and is located in the northern San Lucas de Ocampo Mining District.

amazing how you are now getting into future sales a year or 2 into the future to value AR ( no other company would value AR right now make an offer on those metrics!!!!! im sorry crazy.. it just not done that way ever by anyone).
EG:
If youe selling your home now and the comps on the market are selling for $100 k and you price yours at $300 k and when someone comes you say well you got to look at what the place will be worth in a few years...LOL.. you think that pitch will work????? on top of that you tell the buyer the place needs a bunch of work, on top of the mortgage they will be getting they have to take on part of your debts and the first year of upside is being reduced because you sold 50% of the profits it off at a 25% discount.Oh i forgot to mention the place has 30% higher overhead than any of the other houses to run.

..but by your argument when you take Alamos price 1 to 2 years forward with the aquisition and the next mine built in Saskatchewan possibly another somewhere else. where do you see that SP ??  also the possiblity of  another aquisition or 2.

AR would be a one horse show with no growth for at least 2-3 years due to debt overhang and another masive dilution and the inadvertant reverse split. nevermind unlocking a proper mineplan to get the grades per ton right.and the ASIC down

Alamos is established a better bet for decent profits certainly going forward and they pay a dividend ! 
when if ever would AR be in a position to pay one of those!
