We could envision Mr. Bristow approaching Mr. Young with---'I have a proposition about which you might be interested'.  It's not about whether Barrick would like to acquire tier 1 Magino, why would they not?  Oh, what about Mexico, U.S., AR's array of financial intrigues  and so forth---let's remember who we're talking about---in both camps.  Hopefully

Are you referring to the recent interview with Bristow on Bloomberg? In that interview, Bristow discussed the possibility of Barrick Gold expanding its portfolio to include copper assets. Given that the Magino Gold mine does not have significant copper resources, it’s unclear why Barrick Gold would be interested in acquiring it. I’m also uncertain about how this information pertains to Argonaut

People can look up Hemlo's contribution, compare factors to Magino and speculate yay or nay.  I'm in the reserved yay camp because companies like Barrick have the capacity to make things happen--i.e. it wouold not surprise me whatever to learn that Barrick was in talks with AR about this topic.  IMO
