More than likely a done deal IMHO   seen this happen many times   as in shareholders not so happy.      But  I can see a company like Torex  in Mexico   looking at the details of Spinco  and its Mexican mines     could be worth it for them to take a peek.

My guess would be Richard would get that posting if he wants it. So correct me if I am wrong but Spinco will have The FC gold mine plus the Mexican assets with approxz 1Billion shares at $0.06/shr or $60 million. Does that not seem like a really low valuation? Someone thinks so given the trading activity (of course on the other hand someone is selling).
