RE:RE:Showing Some Strength Today Pretty sure it'll be similar to last quarter: concerns about profitability of fixed, older contracts against rising inflation. They'll announce a growing backlog with the recent new contract wins, and how they're doing to mitigate rising input costs.
Honestly I have to give management the benefit of doubt here, they've been in business for a long time and have the scale to have some pricing power. I'm sure their contracts have some points in them addressing inflation and passing additional costs. I'd say that this company/ stock is just being forgotten in this market due to its small size and unsexy industry it's in (low trading volumes supper this too). Too many stocks are down right now that are attracting people elsewhere. I like the yield and exposure to government infrastructure spending plans going forward. Its a solid company that's not disappearing anytime soon, just out of favour right now I'd say.
