Yes , yes , he has strong European connections and well known and appreciated! so yes , this avenue would not surprise me ! 
No doubt European company would love to enter
Canada and absorb one of our finest and quality to execute the sale as per Canadian Government that will be protective of the NUCLEAR segment. 
Something is brewing ! As we believe!!
