Goldie Howe Bridge update

https://windsorstar.com/news/local-news/gordie-howe-bridge-team-unveils-malden-park-observation-area

Construction is ongoing on all segments of the Gordie Howe International Bridge, said Jennelle Radigan, technical director for Bridging North America. The bridge deck on the Canadian side is just over 250 metres out over the water. The Canadian bridge tower is almost complete at about 219 metres high and will top out at about 220 metres.

Sixty-six of the 108 steel cables required on the Canadian side have also been installed. There are approximately 400 workers at the Canadian port of entry.

“While you can’t quite see the port of entry from here, we are making amazing progress over there as well,” Radigan said. “Work is ongoing on all buildings at the port of entry, each at various stages.”
