I think an acquisition is ongoing

It is likely an acquisition is happening or a major European or Asian contractor who wants a share considering we work on both sides of the border. An acquirer can buy up to 10% before divulgating intent.

SNC is concentrating on professional services. But our CEO worked for Eiffage and Vinci and was very appreciated. He is part of the French engineering "brotherhood" and they speak and help each other for the better. It's a fraternity system and that is also an asset for us.
