Simply stated, we are paying to be taken over and my experience is as an X-senior officer, all you have to do is payoff Senior Managemnt and critical Board Members. Since over 50% is controlled by insiders this is an easy vote to sell the company.
This may be a good deal long-term but we are paying to be taken over. Don't give me the Consultant story either as I am also an X IT consultant and Consultants are paid to give Senopr Management the answer they desire or they wouldn't hire you to begin with.
Betting on future growth is BS as we all know what can go down even though I would say looking forward should be great next year if not now.
