Bye bye fino , davies and paredes while all the old aris staff is in full control right now.

Expand expand has always been the mantra of woodyer.
They took over marmato at the beginning and now all the gcm.

Bye bye the div.

The exchange ratio doesn't look that bad.

you are right in fact and I think it is a good thing but from the legal point gcm changes its name to aris and issues 38 million shares to shareholders other than gcm
