Mr. Serafino Iacono

Mr. Serafino IaconoHi I'm new to this board. Interested in this one.  I trade warrants and thats what drew me to GCM .I have one concern.
Have you heard of coalcorp (ccj). Their was a lot of bad press about Mr. Serafino Iacono the ceo of ccj. It all turned out bad for shareholders. Coalcorp burned through a lot of money and never was profitable and finally sold their only good asset the coal mine to pay the bond holders just in time to avert bankruptcy. Serafina however was forced to exit before this last part played out. Suing and counter suing occurred between old management (Serifano) and new management until they made a deal, kissed and made up, dropped the legal actions, as I said sold the companies only good asset and left they shareholders holding the bag. Made me think he was a crook. I don't have a position yet so I'm not bashing just relating what I know and observed unfold over a two year period while trading ccj. Does anyone care to comment.
