Started and building position in this great mining value,GCM given the Toroparu project fully funded cash in hand and other assets here, feels like the shares are horribly undervalued even with the Colombia uncertainty. A company looking for a great development asset in Toro could buy, sell off the other pieces and have the cash and develop it. Gold in the doldrums, cost increases in diesel, materials and labor with interest rates rising have made many companies out of favor.
An intermediate or longer term view makes these our of favor stocks very attractive. People want value? look at miners! so many make sense to me as value trades along and many pay dividends too.
