higher production even before the 2000 tpd expansion is completed is a good sign. looking forward to 2000 tpd online in 2nd half. gcm should have a surplus of cash after $138 mil from wheaton, but even if they needed more cash, they can sell more gold to wheaton to upsize the cash received, like the upsize aris did. wheaton has a great interest in seeing toro built, and toro is very profitable @

it could be very profitable if gcm upsizes the deal with wheaton like they did with aris, and used that cash just to buyback more crazy cheap gcm shares (assuming gcm don't already have enough surplus cash for buyback). selling some additional gold in advance to wheaton does not affect their profit much, but buying back crazy cheap shares does have a huge impact, both in saving of 4-5% divi

GCM has good free cashflow after the expansion to 2000 tonnes/day and investment in the metallurgical plant .. no more Capex there mid-term ... the same with the new filter presses and tailing facility ... in addition to this they stopped the solar-power-plant investment (cancelt the MoU) ..so GCM will earn enough money during the building-time of Toroparu ... ...

i think the main-reason GCM is down so much are the elections in Colombia .. June 19 this election will be done ... in the event the left candidate wins there will be minimal impact to the company .. 10 years ago we had protests in Segovia but this was in a time the mine was dirty and GCM had no deals with the local (illegal) miners .. now Segovia is a much better place and
