Signs of life?

Anyone following Denarius?  With the merger ARIS must own a boatload. Serafino and other Insiders were buying with both hands last month.  Not sure why Denarius has sunk to these low levels, but I am wondering if it has more to do with the merger than anything else.  The stock seems to be moving a bit today. Will be interesting to see if it is Insiders again. Speaking of warrants. If Denarius ever does come back their warrants will be worth a fortune and have a end date of March 2026.  A few available at .025. I have a boatload and picked up a lot more at these levels a few days ago. A gamble but could go very well.

Are you a friend of serafino and you want us to buy denarius shares. did you take us for ignorant?   Go to some other forums   Ps: finally serafino out of everything in aris, so he won't take any more money to do his comfortable

Why would you buy warrants at $0.025 when the stock is $0.075? Say you $1000 worth of those warrants. You get 40,000 warrants and a $32,000 liability  by the strike date. $1000 of the shares get you 13,000 shares  and should the price reach $0.80 you have $10K asset. Your post sounds like a "pump and dump".  You will not keep those warrants. Once the warrant price ...more

Twiggy, sorry for the pumpand dump comment. As responsible investors we need to examine risk mgmt with every trans action we do. These warrants do not represent any value right now. If I take the current stock price, $0.075, less tthe strike price. $0.80, the difference is $0.725. The time premium can be valued at $0.005 to $0.015 per month till the strike date, April 2026, say 41 months. At $0 ...more

As to warrants, I prefer when they are in the money and should move penny for penny with common. It is easy to see the leverage you get when they move almost in tandem. At this time I have a bunch of the old warrants tprxf. Also own common. T

I looked at the B series with C$2.21 strike, April(?) 2024 expiry, 1 warrant = 1 share, and was tempted to pile into those.  However, they are terribly illiquid to get a position of size.  I accumulated the A series instead.  Their terms are 2 warrants plust C$5.50 yields 1 share.  I would not have bought them if it wasn't for their long dated expiry of July 29, 2025 (a ...more

Did a quick analysis on a$10/shr target. Based on current production levels, earnings/shr, and a PE ratio adjmt. 4.2 to 6 (for a rising market), looks like a gold price of $2,300/oz would do it. This falls in my expectation. The nice thing is we have an increasing production base. So if gold price doesn't go up as high as anticipated you still get there on increased production. My share price ...more

Look old man.  I said in my post these warrants were risky.  I still have some warrants I bought at .30. I don't intend to sell any time soon.  I have done very well on warrants and one time with a company hanging on by a shoe lace. This is strictly a gamble for me.  Better than buying a lotto ticket. Serafino and crew involved in a number of companies.  They have deep ...more
