Soto Norte???

https://www.mining.com/colombian-president-reiterates-negative-to-allow-gold-mining-in-the-andes-mountains/ Petro’s words alluded to the Soto Norte project presented by the Sociedad Minera de Santander (Minesa), a company owned by the government of Abu Dhabi through its investment arm Mubadala Investment Company. The proposal was shelved in 2020 by Colombia’s National Authority of Environmental Licences (ANLA in Spanish), under the argument that there were too many unanswered questions in Soto Norte’s environmental impact assessment and follow-up documentation submitted by Minesa.

This project could be another Pasqua Lama for those old enough to remember. Barrick lost $8 billion on the project and for similar environmental concerns. Soto Norte is DEAD in the water. Dom

Barrick never invested this money... the Capex estimate was 7 billion USD in 2017 or so ...   ARIS is far away from this stage of developement ...  and without permits no bigger investments...

Barrick had to write off $8 billion. You are posting false information.

I am sure Neil Woodyer knows what's going on so he bought 145,000 shares a few weeks ago. He must have great confidence with Aris. If you're not happy with Aris, go and join other bullboard. Strong buy! Cheers!
