when will the blood shed end.

It all depends on whether John Horgan and Justin Trudeau remain in office. Sentiment in this industry won't change until government's who espouse anti-energy policies combined with increasingly heavy regulation are changed. In the meantime there is a wholescale buyer's strike as investors have migrated to areas of the market that are working (or at least working better) The only thing Arc has going for it right now is its dividend, and to the extent that the market believes that Arc will be forced to cut or eliminate its dividend, then this stock will continue to sell off. I know some will state that Arc won't cut its dividend, but the price action is telling us otherwise, and one could easily compile a large list of company's in this sector who swore up and down that their dividend wouldn't be cut, only to turn around and either drastically cut their dividend or eliminate it altogether.
