TOU,Kelt, POU, etc.
These companies respect shareholders because they are big shareholders themselves and not just overpaid employees.
They pay special dividents, they are are at or close to zero balance sheet debt, and they like to pay special dividends, and they don't squander shareholder capital when commodity prices are high on buying back their own stock.
ARX needs and experience CEO - not a rookie, and an experinced CFO - not a rookie these guys need to go back to training camp.
