Is by far the best contributer to this board.  His analysis and assessment of management is spot on.

This stock is a perennial underperformer, pays a pitiful dividend and has a declining market cap, let alone a declining enterprise value as they pay off debt.

This stock gets trounced by better names, Tourmaline is much a much better company.  Better management and higher multiples.

The management team here need a scrape out or sell the company to Mike Rose.

What I find perplexing is I have had history here through VII shares , MHP has been whining since ADX bought VII , this is wrong , that is wrong .... wah wah !!!! Completely agree, shareholders are being Tricked by Terry the accountant who has no idea how to properly increase shareholder value.  It has been slaughtered by rival Tourmaline.
