So true, Quint! And normally I'm not one for trash-talking on other boards, but he truly deserves a taste of his own medicine in this case. He routinely trashed ARX for its: -dividend -buybacks -growth / development strategy -electrification efforts -and his perceived misuse of VII's lands Let's take the first two as examples. More than a few E&Ps are actually facing dividend
