Algoma Steel Group Inc. (Algoma) is a Canada-based integrated producer of hot and cold rolled steel products including sheet and plate. RE:RE:Substantial Issuer BidWhy would you call it highway robbery.  Nobody forced anyone to tender their shares.  And 9.75 is more than they could have  gotten if they sold at market prices.
