AGM results

Clearly Fortescue wants the Alta directors out so they can make the corporate decisions. Our own ceo didn't even get elected . Don't know why they wanted Giulio to stay. He is accumulating shares and fighting to get taken out, but at a much better share price. I don't know if he can get fair value but next little while will be interesting.

Question would be, is he fighting for a fair takeover offer, or was he put in place by Fortescue (with the first anouncement of financing) to keep a lid on things and pave the way for a low ball offer? No analyst coverage, no third party interest in ages, and an obviously manipulated share price sounds terribly well planned maneuvering to a lot of people.  Why would you praise the support of ...more

I am hoping for at least 2.50/sh but  I am sure they will make an offer above Friday's close, maybe even above year high.
