ATD and DAVIDsTEA (DTEA) deal ...?

According to this excellent Seeking Alpha article below, DAVIDsTEA's (DTEA) keep expanding to new locations while being dirt-cheap now at $0.80:

DAVIDsTEA (DTEA): Investors Have Thrown The Baby Out With The Bathwater


Specifically, this veteran fund manager points out that DTEA's Enterprise Value at $0.80 is zero. 

Given also that DTEA is expanding its wholesale channel lately, it could make a deal with ATD too, because this will help DTEA strengthen its international presence thanks to ATD's international presence.
