RE:RE:RE:RE:Incompetent CEO In biotech, I found if you want to make short term gains you need to buy the lows and sell the highs like our old pal Duster. Otherwise we're looking at measily 5-10% gains yoy if lucky. If the drug doesn't work out, then there's risk to lose it all. If drug passes and makes it to the market, then it can be a golden ticket. When i invest long term in biotech, i prepare myself to see little gains along the way, and look at the end game knowing full well it can take a long time. If you're only in ATE for a few years, consider yourself lucky because we should be seeing big gains within the next year or two at most. Most biotechs take well over 10 years to come to full fruition from start to finish. That's why we always see so many dips after good news, because investors (dare I say like Duster) know there are long stretches between momentum changin news and will take a risk to sell and get back in cheaper. I almost sold after the bought deal, anticipating this drop but I felt more news is not that far down the road abs not worth taking the risk. Hind site is always 20/20 but that's okay. It's painful to watch but it's the nature of the beast. Try not to look at it daily cause it can drive people mad.
