Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

all options maybe running out, if payment to nuance is do within weeks of the ruling that means they will be broke no money for P2 and not even enough cash left to keep the lights on at the office. i think the insider buying was just an effort to stabilize the stock price while they try and find someone to finance them, if the stock were to collapses down to a dime financing would be impossible.
