Great to get this behind us. Terms seem better than I expected. I'm always amazed at the many ways that the average retail holder gets a raw deal particularly in a lot of small caps while insiders benefit. Think this deal strikes a good balance which is good to see. Management incentive nicely aligned with retail going forward

are you criticizing me for responding favorable to the news? Do want me not to look this as a positive for ate, or would you like me to bring up 8 years of stagnate share price while insiders increase share count via raises. By the way .. Batman is for children
