Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Dusty, what litigation is going to be kicked down the road? The arbitration proceedings have already wrapped up (August 14^th or 15^th) and we are simply waiting for the arbitrator's decision which is now expected around the first week of December. As far as continuing to work with Nuance, in my opinion that ship has sailed. When someone sues you for 20 million dollars, takes you to arbitration, and tells blatant lies about you and your company, usually that spells the end of the working relationship.
