is on the hook for a big part of that 20M. i think the stock will get a beatdown on the news.

Pimping the warrants for easy access to $6.5 MM in cash but that's a March 29th decision for warrant holders ... and then potentially a July 29th decision. If you are going to lose a partner - you replace them with another ... and use that cash proceeds to pay off the first. Likely two different things.  IMO.

Mugs, it's only easy access to cash if the warrant holders see upside value in the conversion. Time will tell how many of the warrant holders convert. For those that do convert their warrants, are they in ATE as an investment or a quick flip of their newly acquired shares? For the 'flippers', will there be enough of a market to absorb those shares without beating down the share price ...more

From a shareholder with warrants perspective - If you truly want shares, you bought at 50 cents or you buy now - below a dollar. you already have shares and the warrants are your bonus ... if bonus can be paid. From ATE's perspective - this is easy money in the bank if you can convert the share price to over $2 by March 29th.  If you can't, you still have one more chance to ...more
