Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Last night I researched all the insider ownership of ATE....Dan said in the BioPub interview that insiders own 19% of the company! An enormous amount!
final tally....shares owned plus the RSU units total 75,478,000 shares....If you use the amount of shares, as seen on TD Waterhouse of ATE......it's 386,000,000 shares....Do the math
yUP 19.5% of the shares are owned by insiders...a lot of skin in the game
