It says the participants were housed during the dosing period, and doesn't say anything about the observation period during which the high elevations were observed.  Secondly, the author works for Zacks, i've seen the same report on their website. No one else has reported this so I wonder where they got the info from.

BS. Contraband is routinely snuck into jails and prisons, which are presumably far more secure than a medical testing site. You think someone couldn't sneak in a mini-bottle or 10 of whiskey or vodka or Aleve? Were housed patients allowed visitors? Were these visitors strip searched? Were the patients under 24/7 video surveillance? Even in the bathroom? Nevermind analyzing the motives or ...more
