RE:Oil is up today morning!

RE:Oil is up today morning!Hold your horses fella.

Oil popped on the news of the Keystone shutdown, unknown how long it will be off for as of yet.
Brent up by 1/2 as much, so fade WTI.

If the pipeline is repaired and back online quickly, expect further short term downside. Long term very bullish though.

Yesterday's big drop even after depleting US SPR and much lower weekly inventories was very dramatical. So, obviously today morning oil is $3 up. Now we have to see how it hold on through the North American market day. Expect bears work their ways in when US markets are open.

I just heard on BNN that oil supply is excess in North America.... They already started working through the media!
