Cup and Handle for the third time??

I an NOT a technical analyst by any means, but when I look at the 1 year chart of ATH this is what I see:

a cup starting around July 1 and ending around Nov. 2, with a jump to $1.55 on Nov.9
a second cup starting on Nov. 9 and ending around Mar. 2 with a jump on Mar. 8 to $2.47

To me, it sure looks like we are starting a THIRD CUP (that started on Mar. 8), comments???
