the SP back to April . So this insider sold at $3.1 and $3.07 , also the big volume at 19th/June, looks like they already got information from somewhere before this crash. Almost all oil stock drop 12% . This is ridiculous Glta

I don't think this is insider selling in the typical sense. Looks to me the options expired in June 2022 that were granted June of 2017. They were "in the money" so they exercised for cash. Seems reasonable to me, I wouldn't let them expire either.
