without the SPR release oil would be well over 100,,,they started filling the SPR in 1977 and it is now at the level it was at in 1984,,,The SPR cant be refilled when the demand is greater then the supply and @ 4 million barrels release a day  it can olny last a few more months,,,the saude and opec + are not going to pump more oil,,,they will wait and let joe biden drain out the rest of the SPR,,,this way they will have biden literly bent over a barrel, American energy independence is almost gone,,,oil is olny going to go hiigher because biden has our energy in the hands of other nations who happen to be the saudi and Russia aka opec +  lol i dont think putin is happy with joe and i dont think any north american producers are going to through joe any production especially after he has called them down to the lowest of the low,,, kinda funny cause the north american producers have been laughing all the way to the bank and will be for some time now
