Big Week Coming Up

Lots of oilies to release Q1 results this week.
 

ATH to release Q1 results after market close Wednesday.

Hopefully we'll get a nice tailwind with Oil recovering into the $80's to go along with positive quarterly results.

Most Canadian oil companies are reporting poor Q1 results. WTI was not great in Q1 and the average WCS WTI differential was high. Combined, cash flow was not great. I do not see ATH being any different compared to many other companies. Long term is good, short term still has the U.S. releasing oil from the SPR for the next 6 weeks. Hopefully when OPEC meets in June they lower their production

While year over year results are way down due to the drop in WTI, many companies have actually beaten profit and revenue estimates this past week, including Suncor, CNRL, Marathon and CPG.  It all depends on the company and management.  I believe ATH has been performing well so we could also see a jump after financials.  My opinion only.

With millions of shares traded daily, the chances of your affecting SP of ATH is small by posting on a social media board for amateurs. Choose a stock with a small Canadian trading volume. Spending the time typing one sentance is not worth it. Just trying to help you, this is my good deed for the day.
