on BNN this morning, oil is in a bear market more likely to go to $50 than $90, russia will keep pumping for the war effort, it is hard to tell how much they are producing because it has gone to a black market you can also ad iran to that list, the other opec countries are not cutting it is the saudis alone.

How is this a bear market if Biden dumps SPR weekly since April 1 and is begging US producers to increase production which will always be protected as US SPR was guaranteed to be refilled with $67-$72 floor. Is he saying Biden is just a liar? Which I think he is.
